While growing up in a Greek Family, I learned to appreciate the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cooking and the importance of mealtime as a family event. Eating good food with great friends is the heart of Greek culture. Now that I live in Raleigh, North Carolina I have combined my culture, my culinary arts training, and my love of fabulous food to create a uniquely Mediterranean menu and an inviting ambience.
